About Ahoy Fares

Ahoy Fares is an independent guide to UK cruise deals. A travel agent’s deals naturally feature what that agent sells; we’re not tied to any one agent or cruise line, so we compare the same sailing across UK agents and cruise lines, show every price in pounds, and always lead with the cheapest cabin – interiors included.

Independent means we're not a travel agent, and no cruise line or agent owns us. Some links may be affiliate links: if you book through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission doesn't decide which deals we show; our own rules do (the whole market, cheapest cabin first).

How it works

The whole market

Mainstream, premium, river and luxury lines from UK ports and fly-cruises.

Cheapest cabin first

Every deal shows the lowest price per person and the price for Inside, Oceanview, Balcony and Suite.

Independent

Not a travel agent, and not owned by or tied to any cruise line or agent.

Luxury, marked clearly

LUXURY

Six-star, ultra-luxury lines such as Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn and Explora Journeys carry our gold LUXURY badge.

Premium, marked too

PREMIUM

Five-star, upper-premium lines (Oceania, Viking ocean cruises and Azamara) carry a silver PREMIUM badge. Other lines have no badge.

How we make money

When you click ‘View deal’ and book, the seller may pay Ahoy Fares a commission. It never changes your price, and it never changes the order of results – those are always sorted by your choice.

How we choose deals

Four house rules we stick to:

Deals are ranked by price, lowest first, never by commission.

Deals are chosen by our own rules (the whole market, the cheapest cabin shown, interiors included, a gold LUXURY badge for six-star lines and a silver PREMIUM badge for five-star lines), even when a deal earns us nothing.

Any paid placement is clearly labelled ‘Sponsored’ and kept separate from the normal results.

Every price shows when we last checked it.
